E-commerce Plugin Configuration

1. Access the Administration Panel: Navigate to the Ottu Dashboard, click on the three dots to reveal a dropdown list, and select Administration Panel.

2. Locate Payment Request Configuration: Within the Administration Panel, find the E-Commerce-Config under the ECommerce section.

3. Configuration Options: Upon the E-Commerce-Config being accessed, a range of options for customization will be made available.

• General:

  • Redirect URL: The webpage to which users are taken after they finish making a payment is identified, confirming the transaction's completion.

  • Webhook URL: When a payment event occurs, Ottu sends an HTTP request to this URL to share details about the transaction. For more details, please refer to Payment Webhooks.

  • Transaction Expiration Time: Where the period for a transaction's validity is specified.

  • Individual Proxy Fields Enabled: To allow customization of table display headers in eCommerce transactions, activate this setting.

• Fee:

  • In this section, additional fees can be applied, and both the type and amount of the fee can be specified.

• Security:

  • In the security section, the API can be enabled, and the admission of only whitelisted IP addresses can be permitted. This approach ensures that access is granted exclusively to trusted entities, thereby enhancing the security measures effectively.

• Terms and Conditions:

  • Display terms and conditions, providing the content for them.

• Fields:

  • Add both built-in and custom fields to personalize the plugin further.

  

Monitoring E-commerce Transactions
